松島　誠 静岡県沼津市生まれ

パフォーマー、演出家、美術家

日本大学芸術学部美術学科卒業

1983年から2006年まではフォーミングアーツカンパニー／パパ・タラフマラに在籍

グループが解散するまでの30年間のほぼ全ての作品にメインパフォーマー、舞台美術家として参加

1995年よりソロ活動を開始

2006よりMike Nord（米）、Georg Hofman（メキシコ）、あらた真生とのインプロビゼーションユニット『NORU KA SORU KA』を結成

2019年、東京から静岡県沼津市に活動拠点を移す 

2021年、松島礼、松島花（ハル）とともに家族パフォーマンスユニット、『松島家』としての活動を始める
ソロ、グループ、ユニットで世界各地、20ヶ国、500公演以上を行う

独自のダンス／VOICE、身体表現をベースの演出から美術制作と、作品は既成の枠にとらわれずフィールドを拡大し続けている

2008、2010、2018年　韓国国立総合芸術大学舞踊科　客員教授

MAKOTO MATSUSHIMA

Born in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan
1983: Joined Pappa TARAHUMARA
2006: Began solo career
2008, 2010, 2018: Guest Professor of Choreography at Korea National University of the Arts
2021–2022: Lecturer at Musashino Art University (Tokyo)

Matsushima graduated from the Nihon University College of Art. He launched his stage career with the Japanese dance theater company Pappa TARAHUMARA while still a student, winning critical acclaim for his performances both on television and on stage.

Since 1995, Matsushima has been creating his own pieces, working as both a choreographer and a dancer. In 1997, he performed in Zuni Icosahedron's production Invisible Cities. As a core member of Pappa TARAHUMARA, he has toured Asia, Europe, and the U.S., and has collaborated with numerous local artists in Hong Kong alongside presenting his solo performances.

He is also active in the fields of painting, set design, and music/voice.
